cli: make all command functions async 2bbf14d8 parent cb81f0e9

This just mechanically makes all `cmd_*()` functions async without attempting to clean up `.block_on()` and such. The main reason is simply so we can avoid `.block_on()`. I suppose it also makes it easier if we later want to use a particular async executor.
